Jasmine is the nocturnal siren. The delicate jasmine flower opens only at night and is plucked in the morning when its petals are closed. Legend has it that the sweet scent of Jasmine can open the heart and has aphrodisiac properties. It is used in aromatherapy to help ease stress, pms, headaches, and coughs.
